Self defence classes
Taekwondo is an ancient practice that is more than just physical defence. Children learn quality body exercises for unarmed combat; and also develop persistence, self-discipline and respect.
Many children find an increased feeling of confidence and perseverance whilst learning ninja moves. Taekwondo teaches them to remain focused and gain the ability to set and achieve goals. Children learn the value of self-control and cooperation.

Each Monday and Wednesday: 7.30pm to 9pm
Ages 14 and above
Chung Sung Moo Sool Taekwondo (Korean Kickboxing)
Each: Monday and Wednesday: 6pm to 7.30pm
